EDIT: This bag is now for sale! That's right, all who have wanted to purchase a D20 bag from me in the past, here's your chance to get one for cheap! I'm asking $50 plus shipping--which is great deal considering if I were to remake this bag now and sell it, I'd have to ask at least $150 to cover materials, time, and the MONTHS I spent developing the newer, improved pattern! Yes, it is the original D20 bag, so it isn't as smooth to open as the new design, and the zipper is a little rough, but that's also why it's on sale. Note me if you're interested!

With Dragon*Con coming up, I decided I needed a new, sufficiently nerdy purse to carry around, because the three rules of cons I learned last time I attended a con of any kind were hand sanitizer, comfy shoes, and a bag of some kind to carry phone/wallet/etc. So this is what I came up with for the purse: a d20! (As many of you know, the 20 sided dice is the "action" dice of D&D and many other tabletop roleplaying systems. D&D is my flavor of choice, generally.) The body is made with a plastic canvas base covered in a (really cheap) canvas-style cloth that I painted entirely in acrylics because I didn't like the color that much, and the acrylic layer will help protect it from raveling at the corners. All the numbers are hand painted on as well, and are done in exact replication of an actual d20, right down to which way they're angled. Each equilateral triangle is 3.5 inches long, making the entire purse about 8 inches in diameter. The lining, although I couldn't get pictures of it, is a lobster print, so I've got dice on the outside, lobster on the inside! (I have a weird liking of lobsters--not as food, but just as an awesome animal.)
