. . . And centaurs and catboobs and cockatrices, but I digress.A few WIPs of most of the pieces I hope to finish this summer, posted mainly to give myself an incentive to actually finish them. The cockatrice and mermaid ones been floating around since early '10, ahaha.
It feels good to be drawing Kerry and Cassi again, have missed those two. Soon to be scrapped.

Your sketch of Sleipnir is fantastic.
I wish you would post it on its own. Especially if you mange to complete it. I love Sleipnir but the physiology hard to manage. You've done a fantastic job at creating a realistic body. (or as realistic as a eight legged horse can get)

You know, I don't think I've ever seen anyone even attempt to do Sleipnir from that perspective before. Usually it's just a profile. Came out great!

Thanks! No, much as I wish, I cannot take credit for him. That there is my rendition of Sleipnir , who I drew in a 6-legged incarnation back on my old account. Like plenty of other myths though, I'm shamelessly yanking him into my own storyworld

Yeah, they are pretty cool! I'm personally of the belief that adding multiple legs to anything automatically makes it awesome.
