Yep yep... UuU as i plan Barča to have babies, i jsut decided to buy a partner for her..i jsut noticed that they brought new rat babies into one pet store..surprisingly they were DUMBOs too! His fur is grey and its cute how his ears and tail are also grey, i always only saw rats with pink ears and tail ._. rarelly with black spots on tail..he is so little against Barča and mainly against Roxie, hehe...
He is not wild anyhow, he lets me to roll him on back and scratch his belly >u< he is way more calmer than Barča, yet more curious and active than Roxie :T
I put him into a small cage to befriend him with my girls...Roxie of course took him in such a nice way ^^just sniffed to him and kept eating food...and then Roxie jsut cuddled head to him and tried to sleep >u<
With Barča i was a bit afraid because when i brought Barča home, she was afraid of Roxie and almost attacked her..now they are friends at least ^^ When Barča saw this new baby, she only sniffed to him and everything looked fine for some minutes... but then...Barča suddenly attacked him......and she kept attacking him evenr later..i always had to hit her butt to get her away from him...
So i have to keep him now in a smaller cage i have. He will stay there per night or when im not at home, andwhen ill be at home, ill keep him in the big cage with Roxie and Barča or somewhere outside it, so Barča will have more time to get to know him...
He is grey with his fur being so soft and puffy, more than Roxie's fur and he is so kind and lovable ^^ So i hope they will get used to each other.
About his name, i didnt want to give him name so soon, i wanted to know his personality first, but because of his awesome fur and all i got an idea to call him Mončičák (spell Monchichack), in english it is Monchhichi, which is one old kind of a doll that were very popular in my country, it came from Japan where it was made according to a very old tv show Monchhichis..i like its name and puffiness, so yeah... Mončičák it is

My gerbils were like that in two ways.
My so-called male gerbil that the woman from the petstore claimed was male wasn't, so she got pregnant. And later, when she was put aside with one of her grown-up babies in one cage, we got Algernon, the male gerbil, a friend, timothy Q. Poor Timmy suffered a really bad d fate. And Algernon's lived up to his name, the little bastard.

He has a gray tail? I always thought that rats and mice all had pink tails, did the other babies had colored tails too? Or was he the only one?

i also thought that! Or maximally i was rats with black spots on tail.. and yep, all other rats looked jsut like this one, with grai tail and ears and heh as so rarely soft fur i never saw on a rat too o.o
