Stamp talking about stamps that have too fast switching. And so i made switching of the stamp fast as well, to show people that its really annoying to watch stamp many times to read every text, if the stamp is this fast :/ Seriously.. why to hurry up with switching text in stamp?"Stop making stamps with too fast switching!" is what the stamp says
