Description
With Jason being dead, no one expected him to be back. Until, following the death of a patient at Pinehurst Youth Development Center, strange murders start taking place again. Suspicions arise as a teenage Tommy Jarvis, recovering from the trauma of the last massacre, seemingly brought a new killing spree with him. It is later found, after Pam, Reggie and Tommy defeat the psycho, that paramedic Roy Burns, father of the boy murdered by another patient at Pinehurst, snapped and started exerting his revenge disguised as the legendary killer. Jason is still dead, but keeps haunting Tommy's thoughts...Related content

That is Roy Burns. A local paramedic who impersonated Jason Voorhees to avenge his son Joey.
