I'm having a bit of trouble with the Rowena design.Β  Wanting to make her more a mix between my own look and Dave's, but it's just not coming out right.

A bit of thought will have to go into that one.

This almost seems like a pre-existing parody. Like the kinda thing you say was a joke in a TV show. Did you come up with this yourself? It's pretty clever if you ask me.
