Another entry in my "MAH BOI" series, and this time, we go British!

In the late 1980s, the people that brought DANGERMOUSE presented a spin-off series for one of their side characters, COUNT DUCKULA. But rather than being the sinister vampire duck that showed up once in a while in DM, this was a new incarnation, botched up due to ketchup being used in a resurrection ceremony, rather than the bat's wing blood that was normally used. This made the new Duckula a vegetarian with a sense of adventure.

And while his dimwitted nanny, Nanny, tends to his every whim (and takes out a few walls while doing so), his butler Igor (shown above) is determined to show the new master "what ALL true vampire ducks strive for!"

If you were to find the series on DVD in the US, only Season One (out of three) was released, and apparently taken out of print quickly. I checked the prices on Amazon's Marketplace, and I think I'm sittin' on some money here!

But ever since we got that region-free DVD player, I found a SWEET deal on the entire series box set on Amazon's UK site! Plays all regions, but it's still in PAL format.
