Lasy Rose MacClare (now Aldridge) from Downton Abbey. I love Rose, I really hope she'll still be in the next season even though she won't be living at Downton anymore now that she's married. I'm happy she found love, even though it went a bit too quick for my taste (we've only seen Atticus in the last 4 episodes).The outfit is from last year's Christmas Special, which is by far my favorite. She wore this dress at her own ball a few days after she was presented at court. What I love about it, is that it's not the kind of dress that would first pop up in your mind when you think about the 1920's. It's young, fun and cheerful, just like Rose. I took the pose from a picture I found online from that era and it seemed to fit her really well. It looks a bit like she is dancing
In the series, Rose is played by Lily James.
