My English proficiency is only at mediocre level... but i noticed a few mistakes here and there...
The obvious ones being:
1. Saw... we use "watched" a movie/ or just use "we had a movie night"
2. Applied to her age = suits her age
3. borrow = borrowed, Can't sleep alone... Couldn't (past tense)
4. Sans, we'll talk about this later
5. I will prepare something delicious I read in a cookbook.

Yes. This reads like it was written by one who does not actually speak English. Which I can respect, learning a second language is hard, but perhaps it may be worth considering finding someone bilingual to translate it instead.
