Mmmmmmmmh... Like how the hair is drawn, but I advise you to revise the skull's proportions. The jaw is abnormaly giant (leaving no place for the rest of the features), the smile itself (since it's a realistic draw, kindyish) doesn't show any muscle materia. I may understand this as an emphasis of the sad smile, but the misplaced proportions don't give justice to the emotion.
Other than that, keep on working and it'll be a beautiful draw!
