Description

Having recently been binge watching the original series of 'Danger Mouse' it's been fun to see how that show developed, the things that were an inspiration for the new series, and particularly how the attitude of the characters and writing have changed.

In the original series, comments about being British often seem to come up, and any times in which Penfold should get too near to DM, he would comment with things such as "Steady on, Penfold, we are British after all."

The new series a number of times has been okay with DM and Penfold making contact, even with DM commenting "Penfold is a good sidekick, a perfect best friend, and an impeccable hugger when you're feeling down."
