Please do not flame me! This started out as an experiment. For some ODD reason, I randomly imagined someone modding Mega Man to look like a chibi-fied Sailor Moon/Usagi Tsukino. So, I "reskinned" Rock -er- Mega to look like her. This was done in-game, using paint mode.Disclaimer: Super Smash Bros. and Sailor Moon belong to their rightful owners.
