Description Artie:
So, you and Sammy don't get along? Even though you two are both important within the music department?

Jack:
Well, let's just say...he and I have creative differences. He writes the music for this show while I just make the words to it.

Artie:
But you two are both very creative! The lyrics to a song are just as important as the song itself! By the way, I was wondering, why do these song need words anyway? Last time I checked, these cartoons are silent. Meaning no voices.

Jack:
Ah, that's Joey's idea. Ever since he hired Ms Campbell for the voice of Alice Angel, he's been demanding lyrics for Alice's voice to sing to. Personally, I never really saw the appeal of having only one character have a voice while the others are mutes. Ruins the fun of the cartoon, in my opinion.

Artie:
That reminds me. I don't know why Susie hates me so much. Was it something I did or said? I tried to ask her about it, but she would just shout at me and tell me to 'drop dead like the sick, twisted puppy I am!' I'm getting the feeling she hates me because of my dream of becoming a horror writer.

Jack:
Yeah, that sounds about right. She has a HUGE hatred for horror writers, including aspiring ones such as yourself. You see, her old man was so terrified from a horror book he read, he committed suicide. Then, her mother left her to marry a horror writer.

Artie:
I-I see. She must've been through a lot.

Jack:
Being cast as a happy angel girl seems to be the best thing to ever happen to her. Hearing someone like you get hired here made her think you'll mess things up for her. Just don't let it get to ya. I'm sure she'll warm up to ya, given time.

Artie:
Thanks, Jack. I'm glad to be friends with you. I just hope this episode writing job will make my books readable for people to love! Not gonna lie, though. The headaches have been getting worse lately. If I don't write something dark and gory, I'm afraid of some of that stuff leaking into my Bendy episode work. Joey won't like that!

Jack:
Then just do what I do. Get yourself a hideaway, away from everyone else. Make it with a dark atmosphere and a grim mood to cam you down so you can get your horror juices flowing. That way, you'll be calm and happy enough to write safe and happy episodes for Joey.

Artie:
That-...that's actually a great idea! I think that might actually work! Now I see how you make such catchy words for these songs.

Jack:
Yeah well, Sammy's songs may have some bounce, but if I didn't get away every once in a while, they'd never have any words to go with them. So, just keep your mind writin' and singin'-

Artie:
(holds nose) -and your nose closed. Hehe!

I feel like fighting and hatred is a big topic in this chapter given on what Artie and Jack were talking about. I also wonder if this story will become a cautionary tale teaching you that hatred becomes our greatest downfall like how if Jack and Sammy don’t let go of their hate of each other, it’ll lead them to their downfall. Same with Susie, I feel that her hatred of horror writers because of what happened in her past will also become her downfall. If only everyone in the studio knew what was gonna happen, I’m sure you already know what’s gonna happen since you already played the game.

It's not a cautionary tale or anything like that. I'm just giving Artie some ties or relations to the characters.

Well, technically, I've seen my favourite YouTubers play it and I JUST got the game for Christmas on the Xbox One S!!!!

I understand if it’s not a cautionary tale and that you want to give Artie some ties and relations to the characters, but I’m just giving out my opinion on how some of the characters’ hatred will eventually become their downfall, thus leading up to the events of the game. Trust me, I’ve watched enough media and read a lot of stories to know where hatred or revenge can lead you.

Oh, well that’s cool.

Yeah, I'm trying to make it feel as if it's an ACTUAL audio log within the game. And judging by the way it's going, Id say that plan is going quite well!

Also, hatred and revenge may be one's downfall, but stories/movies/shows about them are sure great for folks like us to watch/read!, am I right?

Yep, I can tell.

I couldn’t agree more with you, although I wish most of them wouldn’t have downer endings.

Ok, I will.
