This is the main character of my new upcoming story/comic, Ghost! Agent of A.R.C.S.

Character; His name is Michael Ghost. He was born in New York City and then moved away to San Francisco to go to the Breacher Academy, where he could train to become an A.R.C.S agent. After becoming an agent, he came back to New York and began working his skills with his partners, Grieg Harris and Serra Greenly. He grew up with a 'Not-in-the-mood' personality. He lost is whole family to the Mutes when he was little. He also has a 'love-hate' relationship with FBI agent, Lucy Truce.

Story part 1: In the whole Multi-verse, on one Earth, where the 1760s were as advanced as our world's 2000s are, an experiment was used to create portals, AKA Breaches, to alternate Earths. An explosion occurred, causing fragments of the portal machine to scatter all across the Multi-verse. Breaches will appear from world to world. Not only that, BUT the energy from the machine split into two fragments. Light and dark. The dark half landed in an alternate Earth and caused its inhabitants to mutate into savage world-jumping mutants, called 'Mutes'. The light half landed into another Earth, one where the Twin Towers would NOT fall and most of America's governments would be forced to shut down. This landing would create a new breed of Human beings. People who can control the Breaches and travel from world to world. These humans were called 'Breachers.'

Story part 2: Year 2009, on an Earth where 9:11 never happened and a tragic incident caused most of America's governments to shut down. All but two; the FBI and the Multi-verse protecting agency known as A.R.C.S.(Alternate Reality Containing Squad) Special people, called Breachers, who control the Breaches, are treated like heroes. Most Breachers join A.R.C.S. Here, the agents of A.R.C.S are treated like respectable authorities and even outrank the local law officers. Every now and then, Mutes come through random Breaches and attack this and/or any other world. A.R.C.S is tasked with dealing anything multi-versal.

They may have a 'small' rivalry with the remaining US government, the FBI, seeing as A.R.C.S is more of a world government agency. When things go bad, they send their best agent, Michael Ghost, on the job!

BTW, what you're seeing in his green tie, the yellow spot, that's a Breach portal.
