Based off this story by me and ChipmunkRaccoonOz The World's Biggest Electabuzz Baseball Fan
Ritchie and his Pikachu, Sparky, were at the Pokémon Center in Saffron City. He was taking a break from his Pokémon journey and was having his Pokémon treated by Nurse Joy.
At one point, he could hear the sound of a girl cheering at a TV screen. The girl in question was watching a baseball game taking place. She seemed really into the game and was holding what looked like a yellow and black megaphone.
Ritchie: Well, she sure seems to be into that game, huh, Sparky?
Sparky: (nods) Pikachu.
Then they girl jumped out of her chair and cheered when the team she supported and won the match.
Casey: Alright! The crowd goes nuts! (imitates crowd cheering)
Ritchie could see she was a clearly a big fan of that team.
Casey: Everyone sing the Electabuzz fight song!
She began waving her yellow megaphone around as she sang.
Casey: (sings) Let's all cheer Electabuzz
Greatest team of all
The players charge the field
And double team them all
They're the crew with mega punch
When they a Were Ritchie and Casey from Pokemon meet and start travelling together, and Casey becomes a giantess.
This is when Casey became a giantess after she got hit by a growth beam Team Rocket was testing. Also her shoes burst off her feet as she grew.
UPDATE Fixed the colour of Casey's eyes
