Wow, now that I'm trying to build the thing, I'm seeing big design flaws...
The head is troublesome, but properly designed. The real problem is the green triangles. I assume those are his droopy cap, but I for the life of me can't figure out how to attach them!!
And there should really be fold lines on the arms, torso, and legs!!

Sorry about that, most of my designs have lines, this one is actually pretty easy to make! And all chibis have hard-to-build heads, so sorry about that, I should have said to try doing this one AFTER you've done a few before, I'm used to doing them without fold lines, and a lot here on DA don't! And to help with the hat, I'll post a pic of the back veiw if you want!
