Chapter Four

As Alexis rested, Ambrose walked back to the burial chamber.  Baldric walked back into the castle and his eyes widened as he saw him, "My lord?  What are you doing up here?  Where's Ms. Lennon?" he asked.  Ambrose looked over at him, "I'm fine.  Alexis is in her room.  Do not disturb her.  She has a sprained ankle and needs rest." he said.  Baldric gasped and then bowed, "Yes, my lord." he said.  Ambrose walked up to him as he straightened back up and leaned towards his ear, "I want you to find out who this demon hunter Altair is.  Find out anything you can about him.  Contact your spies from within the Demon Hunter Council.  I will not tolerate having the woman I love hurt again." he whispered before he pulled back.  Baldric nodded, "Yes, my lord." he said before Ambrose continued walking to the burial chamber.  Baldric walked off in the opposite direction, towards the stables.

Hours later. while the rest of the knights and most of the servants started repairing and rebuilding the castle and bringing in the wounded, Alexis moaned and slowly opened her eyes.  She looked around and slowly sat up.  She looked up as she heard a series of knocks on the door and looked over at the door, "Come in." she said.  The door opened and a servant walked in, smiling as she carried a tray of food and a cup in her hands, "I've brought you some food, dear." she said as she approached the bed.  Alexis smiled as she looked down at the plate on the tray, "What is it I will be eating?" she asked.  The servant gasped and then smiled, "Oh, it's roast beef, potatoes, seasoned carrots, cabbage, and a freshly baked roll." she said as she gently placed the tray on Alexis' lap.  Alexis smiled as she picked up the fork and knife and started eating.  Another servant walked in with a pitcher and poured some tea into the empty cup on the tray, "This is Oatstraw tea, Miss.  It will help with your injury.  Enjoy, Miss." she said before they both left.  "Thank you." Alexis yelled before she continued eating.  Then a hour later, Alexis sat up in bed, leaning against the pillows as she read a book when there was another knock on the door.  She closed the book and looked up, "Come in." she said as she placed the book on the nightstand beside her bed.  The door opened and Baldric walked in.  He smiled as he gazed at her and shut the door behind him before he turned and walked up to the bed, "How are you feeling, Ms. Lennon?" he asked.  She smiled, "I'm feeling better.  Still a little sore though." she said.  Then she saw that he had on his traveling coat, his sword strapped to his waist, and that his long dark hair was pulled back in a low ponytail, "You going somewhere?" she asked.  He nodded grimly, "I have to do something for Lord Kemp." he said.  She gasped, "Please be careful.  That demon hunter is still out there." she said as she gazed at him.  He smirked, "Don't worry about me.  I'll be alright." he said as he turned back to the door and glanced back at her, "I'll see you when I get back.".  She smiled and nodded, "Good luck." she said as he walked out the door.

A week later, Alexis was down at the training grounds, sparring with a new knight who came to replace a knight who was killed during the attack of the demon hunters.  Soon they were finished and the other knight smiled, "Well it looks like your ankle has healed well, Alexis." she said as she wiped some sweat from her forehead.  Alexis smiled, "Yes.  It is." she said as she panted, "Let's keep going, Hannah.".  The other knight nodded as she unsheathed her sword and then lunged at her.  Alexis dodged and then swung her sword around.  The other knight blocked it with her sword and Alexis smiled, "Very good.  Keep it up." she said as she swung her sword again at her.  Hannah blocked it again as she smiled.  "Do not let yourself be distracted." she said as she saw Hannah glancing over at the gate.  Hannah quickly looked back and swung her sword.  Alexis dodged it as she smiled and then they heard a horse neighing.  They both looked over at the gate and Alexis gasped as she saw Baldric climb down from his horse and then turned back to Hannah, "I'll be right back, Hannah." she said before she quickly sheathed her sword and ran to Baldric.  Hannah nodded as she watched her.  "Baldric!" Alexis yelled as she ran up to him.  She gasped as she saw him limp to the castle door and quickly caught him as he started falling over, "Baldric!  Are you alright?" she asked worriedly.  He slowly looked up at her and her eyes widened as she saw how pale he was.  "Hold on, Baldric.  I'll get you inside." she said as she walked him inside.  She walked him upstairs to his room.  He groaned as she opened the door and walked him inside.  She kicked the door shut and then led him to the bed.  She quickly pulled the covers back and had him lay down on the bed.  She pulled her hand away from his side and gasped as she saw blood on her hand.

She quickly rolled him onto his side and removed his coat and armor.  She gasped as she saw a deep gash in his side.  "What are you doing to Baldric?!" a voice asked behind her.  She turned and saw Ambre behind her, "He's been hurt, Ambre." she said.  Ambre gasped as her eyes widened and she quickly ran up to him, "Baldric.  I will not let you die." she said.  Baldric looked up at her and smiled weakly, "Ambre..." he murmured as he gently caressed her cold cheek in his hand.  Ambre smiled back, "Hold on." she said as she moved down to the gash and ripped his shirt open, revealing the gash as it bled profusely.  She licked the gash with her tongue and Alexis' eyes widened as she saw the gash vanish.  Then Ambre licked the blood off of his side and then moved back up to Baldric's head.  Alexis gasped as she watched Ambre gently caress his head as they gazed into each other's eyes and then Ambre leaned over to him and pressed her lips to his passionately,  "What about Ambrose?" she asked as Baldric gently placed his hand on the back of Ambre's head as he kissed her back.  Ambre pulled back and looked over at her, "What about him?" she asked a little confused.  Alexis blushed, "Well I thought you two were-" she stuttered.  "What?  That I was his bride?" Ambre asked.  Alexis nodded as she looked down to the floor and then looked back up at her.  A smile slowly spread across Ambre's face and then looked back at Baldric as he laid there watching them, "Yes.  It would seem that way wouldn't it?" she asked.  Alexis gasped.  Ambre looked back at her, "The truth is, I'm not his bride.  I'm his sister.  We both are from a pure-blood vampire family.  We were both born into it.  After our parents were killed by demon hunters, Ambrose took over the lordship and then after that he found Baldric as an orphan living on the streets of the village.  He was being chased by a rogue vampire and Ambrose saved him.

*Flashback*

Young Baldric is running through the street as tears ran down his face.  His hair was messy and tangled and his clothes were torn and dirty.  "Come on, child!  Give me your blood!" a voice said behind him.  Baldric gasped and then started running faster, "Somebody, help me!" he yelled as more tears ran down his cheeks.  Then as he hears a whoosh behind him, he stops and turns around to see a tall blond-haired man standing between him and the vampire.  He looked in front of him to see the other vampire shaking in fear as he gazed at him.  Baldric looked back up at the man, "W-Who are you?" he asked.  The man glanced back at him and Baldric gasped as he saw that his eyes were glowing bright red and that he had fangs protruding from his mouth, "A-A vampire?" he thought.  The man smiled at him, "You can call me Lord Kemp.  I will not harm you.  I am here to help you." he said before he turned back to the other vampire.  Baldric gasped and then slowly walked up to him.  Ambrose looked down at him as he wrapped his arms around his leg and smiled as he gently patted his head.  Then he looked back at the other vampire, "I thought I made it clear that the vampires' in this region will not attack children.  It is disgusting the way you are acting.  Like a wild animal." he said, "I will not tolerate it.".  Then he lifted his hand up as he covered Baldric's eyes with his other hand and Baldric felt the wind blow and the vampire yell.  Then Ambrose uncovered his eyes and Baldric saw that the vampire was gone.  Baldric gasped as he looked back up at Ambrose and Ambrose looked down at him as he smiled, "How would you like to come live with me?  You'll be well protected there.  I promise you." he said.  Baldric gasped and then nodded.

*End of Flashback*

"I was just a young girl when he brought Baldric back to our castle."  Ambre continued as she smiled at Baldric.

*Flashback*

Young Ambre was sitting in the window of her room, watching the sun set when, "Ambre!  Come and meet our newest addition to the family." she heard Ambrose yell.  Ambre made a look of confusion and got up from the window seal.  She ran downstairs and gasped as she saw Baldric clinging onto Ambrose's leg as he gazed at her with wide eyes.  Ambrose gently placed his hand on Baldric's back as he looked over at Ambre, "Ambre, this is Baldric.  He will be staying with us from now on.  I leave him in your charge, so take good care of him." he said.  Ambre gasped and then nodded, "Yes, my lord." she said as she smiled at Baldric kindly.  Baldric blushed and then looked away.  Ambre walked up to him and gently took his hand, "Come on.  I'll show you where you can wash up and then I'll show you where you'll be staying and get you some food." she said as he smiled at him.  He gasped as she pulled him down the hall as she giggled.

*End of Flashback*

Alexis smiled, "So that's how Baldric came to be here?" she asked.  Ambre nodded as she smiled, "I started falling for him as we grew up together and he fell for me." she said.  Then she looked back at Alexis, "Could you leave us alone, Alexis?" she asked.  Alexis gasped as she blushed and then smiled, "Sure." she said before she turned to the door and shut it behind her as she walked out.  Then she blushed as she heard Ambre moaning on the other side of the door, "Oh, Baldric." she heard her say.  She quickly walked down the hall to her room as she blushed fiercely.

Later that night, Alexis laid in bed, wide awake as she thought about what Ambre told her and then she thought about what she heard from Baldric's room when she left.  She blushed as she started feeling a burning longing deep down inside of her and started pulling the bottom of her nightgown up.  She slid her fingers deep inside the pearl between her legs and moaned as she started sliding her fingers deep inside her.  She closed her eyes and started imagining Ambrose in the bed with her, "Oh, Ambrose." she murmured to herself as she imagined that it was his fingers sliding in and out of her.  Then she gasped as she felt someone crawl into the bed behind her and opened her eyes as she turned around.  She gasped as she saw Ambrose laying behind her in nothing but a night shirt, "Ambrose?" she said as she reached over gently caressed his cold cheek in her hand as he laid under the covers with her.  He smiled sweetly at her and gently took her hand out from between her legs, "I know what your doing, Alexis.  You want me?" he asked as they gazed into each other's eyes.  Alexis blushed fiercely as she looked away and nodded.  He smiled as he gently pushed her onto her back and she looked back into his eyes lovingly, "Then you shall have me." he said before he leaned down and pressed his lips against hers passionately as he slid his arms around her.  Alexis closed her eyes and slid her arms around his neck as she kissed him back.  Then he pulled back and smiled as he gazed at her before he slowly slid down to her neck.  Alexis closed her eyes and gasped as she felt his lips against her skin, "Ambrose...." she murmured before she slid her hands along his broad back, "Ambre has told me about how you've rescued Baldric.  How did you get so kind?" she asked as she blushed.

He pulled back and gazed at her, "My parents may have raised me to be like them but, they are not the only ones I have learned from.  I learned from humans too.  I learned how to love and everything else that is unbecoming of a pure-blood vampire." he explained.  Alexis smiled as she opened her eyes and looked down at him, "Ambrose." she said before she pushed him onto his back and started unbuttoning his night shirt.  Then she pulled it open, revealing his pale fair-skinned chest and abs.  He watched her as she leaned down and started licking and kissing his chest passionately.  Then her lips found one of his dark-skinned nipples and she started licking and sucking on it passionately.  Ambrose gasped and then gently placed his hand on the back of her head, "Alexis." he said as he ran his fingers through her soft brown hair.  She pulled back and gazed back at him, "Ambrose." she said as she moved down, "I love you so much.  I'm glad to have met you.".  He gently gripped her arms and rolled her onto her back as he laid on top of her, "And I you, Alexis." he said as he smiled sweetly at her.  Then he lifted her up against him and started pulling her night gown up as she slid her arms around him.  Ambrose pulled her night gown off of her, revealing her pale slender body and then kissed her passionately.  Alexis kissed him back as she pulled his night shirt off before she slid her arms around him lovingly.  She fell back as they continued kissing and she gasped as she felt his cold skin against her warm skin, causing Ambrose to pull back, "Are you alright, Alexis?" he asked.  She smiled and nodded, "Please continue, my love." she begged.  He moved down and started kissing and licking her neck.  Alexis smiled as she started panting and placed her hand on his head, "Ambrose." she said.  Then he pulled back as he moved down some more and gazed at her breasts as he gently caressed them in his hands.  Alexis gasped as she smiled and looked down at him.  He smiled as he leaned down and licked the middle of her chest slowly and then started kissing it.  Alexis started panting rapidly as a moan escaped her lips, "Ambrose." she said as he leaned to one of her breasts. I'm going to let you have all of me." he said inside her head, "May I read your memories?".  Alexis gasped and then she smiled as she nodded.  Then she winced again as the pain in her head increased and she yelped as she placed her hand on her head.  Then she felt Ambrose gently take her hand off of her head and intertwined their fingers as he continued gazing into her eyes, "Ambrose?" she thought.  Then she gasped as she saw a tear roll down the bridge of his nose, "What's wrong, Ambrose?" she asked as she gently caressed his cheek in her hand.  "You have so many sad memories, Alexis.  You lost your parents when you were only three years old to demon hunters?" he asked in her mind as he leaned down until his forehead touched hers.  Alexis gasped and then looked down sadly, "Yes.  Their memories still haunt me." she said.  Ambrose gently placed his hands on the sides of her face as she looked back up into his eyes, "Then let me over lap those sad memories with happy memories." he said in her mind as he slowly slid his thick pulsing manhood inside her.

Alexis gasped as pain radiated from her crotch, "Your so big, Ambrose." she thought as she faintly blushed and relaxed.  Ambrose sniffed the air and his eyes widened as he smelled the faint smell of blood, "Were you a virgin, Alexis?" he asked in her mind. Then he laid down on his back beside her, his chest covered in Alexis' sweat.  Alexis rolled onto her side facing him and smiled as she scooted closer to him.  He smiled as she laid her head on his chest and covered her up before he wrapped his arm protectively around her as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.  He gazed at her and then looked up at the ceiling as he thought about what they had done.

Ambre walked up to him and gently took his hand, "Come on.  I'll show you where you can wash up and then I'll show you where you'll be staying and get you some food." she said as he smiled at him.  He gasped as she pulled him down the hall as she giggled.

Alexis smiled, "So that's how Baldric came to be here?" she asked.  Ambre nodded as she smiled, "I started falling for him as we grew up together and he fell for me." she said.  Then she looked back at Alexis, "Could you leave us alone, Alexis?" she asked.  Alexis gasped as she blushed and then smiled, "Sure." she said before she turned to the door and shut it behind her as she walked out.  Then she blushed as she heard Ambre moaning on the other side of the door, "Oh, Baldric." she heard her say.  She quickly walked down the hall to her room as she blushed fiercely.

Later that night, Alexis laid in bed, wide awake as she thought about what Ambre told her and then she thought about what she heard from Baldric's room when she left.  She blushed as she started feeling a burning longing deep down inside of her and started pulling the bottom of her nightgown up.  She slid her fingers deep inside the pearl between her legs and moaned as she started sliding her fingers deep inside her.  She closed her eyes and started imagining Ambrose in the bed with her, "Oh, Ambrose." she murmured to herself as she imagined that it was his fingers sliding in and out of her.  Then she gasped as she felt someone crawl into the bed behind her and opened her eyes as she turned around.  She gasped as she saw Ambrose laying behind her in nothing but a night shirt, "Ambrose?" she said as she reached over gently caressed his cold cheek in her hand as he laid under the covers with her.  He smiled sweetly at her and gently took her hand out from between her legs, "I know what your doing, Alexis.  You want me?" he asked as they gazed into each other's eyes.  Alexis blushed fiercely as she looked away and nodded.  He smiled as he gently pushed her onto her back and she looked back into his eyes lovingly, "Then you shall have me." he said before he leaned down and pressed his lips against hers passionately as he slid his arms around her.  Alexis closed her eyes and slid her arms around his neck as she kissed him back.  Then he pulled back and smiled as he gazed at her before he slowly slid down to her neck.  Alexis closed her eyes and gasped as she felt his lips against her skin, "Ambrose...." she murmured before she slid her hands along his broad back, "Ambre has told me about how you've rescued Baldric.  How did you get so kind?" she asked as she blushed.

He pulled back and gazed at her, "My parents may have raised me to be like them but, they are not the only ones I have learned from.  I learned from humans too.  I learned how to love and everything else that is unbecoming of a pure-blood vampire." he explained.  Alexis smiled as she opened her eyes and looked down at him, "Ambrose." she said before she pushed him onto his back and started unbuttoning his night shirt.  Then she pulled it open, revealing his pale fair-skinned chest and abs.  He watched her as she leaned down and started licking and kissing his chest passionately.  Then her lips found one of his dark-skinned nipples and she started licking and sucking on it passionately.  Ambrose gasped and then gently placed his hand on the back of her head, "Alexis." he said as he ran his fingers through her soft brown hair.  She pulled back and gazed back at him, "Ambrose." she said as she moved down, "I love you so much.  I'm glad to have met you.".  He gently gripped her arms and rolled her onto her back as he laid on top of her, "And I you, Alexis." he said as he smiled sweetly at her.  Then he lifted her up against him and started pulling her night gown up as she slid her arms around him.  Ambrose pulled her night gown off of her, revealing her pale slender body and then kissed her passionately.  Alexis kissed him back as she pulled his night shirt off before she slid her arms around him lovingly.  She fell back as they continued kissing and she gasped as she felt his cold skin against her warm skin, causing Ambrose to pull back, "Are you alright, Alexis?" he asked.  She smiled and nodded, "Please continue, my love." she begged.  He moved down and started kissing and licking her neck.  Alexis smiled as she started panting and placed her hand on his head, "Ambrose." she said.  Then he pulled back as he moved down some more and gazed at her breasts as he gently caressed them in his hands.  Alexis gasped as she smiled and looked down at him.  He smiled as he leaned down and licked the middle of her chest slowly and then started kissing it.  Alexis started panting rapidly as a moan escaped her lips, "Ambrose." she said as he leaned to one of her breasts. I'm going to let you have all of me." he said inside her head, "May I read your memories?".  Alexis gasped and then she smiled as she nodded.  Then she winced again as the pain in her head increased and she yelped as she placed her hand on her head.  Then she felt Ambrose gently take her hand off of her head and intertwined their fingers as he continued gazing into her eyes, "Ambrose?" she thought.  Then she gasped as she saw a tear roll down the bridge of his nose, "What's wrong, Ambrose?" she asked as she gently caressed his cheek in her hand.  "You have so many sad memories, Alexis.  You lost your parents when you were only three years old to demon hunters?" he asked in her mind as he leaned down until his forehead touched hers.  Alexis gasped and then looked down sadly, "Yes.  Their memories still haunt me." she said.  Ambrose gently placed his hands on the sides of her face as she looked back up into his eyes, "Then let me over lap those sad memories with happy memories." he said in her mind as he slowly slid his thick pulsing manhood inside her.

Alexis gasped as pain radiated from her crotch, "Your so big, Ambrose." she thought as she faintly blushed and relaxed.  Ambrose sniffed the air and his eyes widened as he smelled the faint smell of blood, "Were you a virgin, Alexis?" he asked in her mind. Then he laid down on his back beside her, his chest covered in Alexis' sweat.  Alexis rolled onto her side facing him and smiled as she scooted closer to him.  He smiled as she laid her head on his chest and covered her up before he wrapped his arm protectively around her as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.  He gazed at her and then looked up at the ceiling as he thought about what they had done.
