Oh yeah! Though I couldn't say I'm a hardcore fan x'D I did start the visual novel awhile ago but haven't gotten very far in it
However I did watch the anime... the troll-tastic anime...

I like Higurashi a lot better, but Umineko is still great, at least for the ride But yeah I have heard the VN is a lot different/better, so I do intend to finish it eventually

I'm glad to hear that. Umineko's visual novels are sadly anything but mainstream, so I really am happy to meet people who've heard of them. As one who has read the whole thing, I can appreciate that it was indeed a beautiful piece of work.
However, despite this, I too prefer Higurashi over Umineko. Can't really tell why.

Well like I said, I haven't read all of the VN for Umineko, but when it comes to the anime, I liked Higurashi more probably because it had a good, non-trolltastic ending x'D That's just me though.

I see. As for me... I think I prefer Higurashi because it had a more intimate atmosphere, and most of the characters were closer to my age group than the characters in Umineko.
When you have the time, I'd like to recommend you to read 07th Expansion's other VN's as well, they are each beautiful in their own way. I'm talking here about Higanbana, and Rose Guns Days. (the latter hasn't come out yet, actually)

aww i fall in love with "ru ri ra ru ri ra" part and sin item who still a sleep "blood stained scissors and violet katana" when i hear this song, i always repeat this part more than 7 times!

i hope the part:

Kaito has Judgement of Corruption, Miku is Gift from the Princess who brought Sleep. The translation is good. Also, Mothy is making nearly every song he created into a chronology. It's amazing. You can find more info if you search Akuno-P on Vocaloid's Wikia. He's already written a book on Story of Evil for Rin and Len, and it's being translated to English. Fuck. Yes. I'm trying to write out his stories. I've read everything. They also have more translations for HC that you could use. I have the whole chronology on my MP3. I'm in the process of memorizing them all. So far, I know Abandonment on a Moonlit Night, Chrono Story, Evil Food Eater Conchita, Daughter of Evil, Servant of Evil, Message of Regret, The Tailor Shop on Enbizaki, Clockwork Lullaby/Spring-Powered Lullaby, Re_Birthday, and Heartbeat Clocktower by heart in both languages. Not much.

I'm pretty good on the Japanese of most of his songs since I listen to them and look at lyrics so much~ and my more favorable ones I mostly know the translation for. Re_birthday is by far my specialty though; I know that one inside and out!

the Hellish Yard is the Graveyard, associated with Meiko because of her song "Master of the Graveyard". The Heavenly Yard is the Court, associated with Kaito because his song of greed is about a judge. both heavenly and hellish are mentioned elsewhere (i.e. Heavenly Yard is Mothy's blog and is seen in Venomania) but the main interpretation is that they go hand in hand with Meiko and Kaito's songs, not Len and Rin's.

and Kaito's full song, not just the preview, wil be out soon! yay!! Judgement of Corruption XD

you're not that behind lol, I just happened to be looking around yesterday and the preview came out dec. 24 (I'm the one behind!) and then that the full song was up... for who knows why. well the CD with that one it just came out... lol so yeah XD

but the full song is here!!! type in Akutoku no Judgement to youtube!! but... no subs =_= still a good song tho!! but I really really can't wait for the actual PV to come out!!!!
