It was never fully explained what the doe meant. I kind of got the impression it was Max's "spirit animal", and also symbolized Max's fading childhood transforming into adulthood. But that could be utterly wrong. What did *you* think of the doe?

I personally thought it was somewhat related to Rachel, but the game gives you the liberty for interpretation and that's one of the great things about it!
