Have you heard the song "Where Bluebirds Fly" by Radiohead? I think it's supposed to be an abstract version of that "Somewhere over the rainbow..." song. Anyway I like listening to it while looking at this photo.

You just have to apply it to a layer mask of your picture over the layer of the background color.
