Just found your artwork accidentally. 
I think it's about choice. The idiom 'eleventh hour' is a clue for this interpretation - it's high time to make a decision, maybe between wisdom (symbolized by the snake and the apple) and fun (symbolized by the swing).

The rib cage is well structured but the clock in the place of a heart really shows me as a viewer a deeper meaning

woah blennis! I really really like this one! very clear and neatly drawn (just like your drawing usually are 
the story of adam and eve, so a story about our life ^^
it seems to be wanting to tell me that life goes by with every clockstrike just like the world is turning around the sun.
the whole tree looks a little bit like a beetle. with a clock as a heart and a snake crawling down the ribbs offering me the apple from the tree of whisdom. though the tree doesnt have many leaves anymore as if it wont last long anymore...
a sad but also beautiful meaning

Those weren't my thoughts while I drew this picture but I really like your interpretation.
