On the one hand, I'm not sure if the red lines work for me. However, on the other it's like wow, good for you for trying to do something different! This type of drawing could have been done by anyone with good skills and an awesome picture, but you made this your own and unique. Love it!

I think the drawing looks amazing. really, at first I thought it was a picture. About the red marks, I'm not sure what they're supposed to be and when the thought behind them are. Maybe you just put them there for fun? Either way, great work!
