HEY LOOK I DREW A NON-COUPLE PIC OF A GIRLToday is when Harvest Moon:The Tale of Two Towns is officially launched in North America (though I hear in some places people got their copies early), so I drew something as a celebration. I haven't drawn in a long time so it looks a bit weird but WHATEVER
...Though us Canadians have to wait for a french manual to be out first, so we're getting ours 2 days later. 8'(...
Anyway, I love new Harvest Moon games with fresh new characters and towns. It always feels like a new beginning to me! Everything is so exciting and new o3o I especially love the design of the female protag in Two Towns; imo, she's the prettiest MC in Harvest Moon so far <333 I love her European outfit so much!

I got the game a while ago and it's the first HM game i've played because I was taken more with the Rune Factory franchise. My only gripe about this game, is the fact that the setting is rather small in scale. I wanted more places to explore and I still can't understand why I can't tame the animals loose on the mountain and the lack of customisation of your house (everyone else has better bedsheets than me!! why?!?) Ρ(ΒΊΠΒΊΡ)
The boys however, are adorable. Even if Mik scares the hell out of me. Your artwork is beautiful and while Ash isn't my fav (second fav) your Ash/MC art spam is welcome and adorable!

How awesome...I got it for Christmas. I've gotten so far but can't find any ore stones for the husband bed!

oh, it's great to see someone else who chose Ash!!! 8'DDD You don;t need to open the mines for orestone, there are several ways to get it! 1) check the crack in the wall by the waterfall, sometimes if you're lucky there will be orestones 2) in Winter, the river freezes up, and if you walk down one of them, it'll open up to a small area that may occasionally spawn orestones (especially in blizzards) 3) opening the tunnels gradually may cause orestones to spawn in the passageways during bad weather
If you do all of the above you'll get a lot of orestones before the end of your first year! C:

I've been doing all of that and I've cleared the tunnel and I HAVE noticed that there are more scrap metals and all that when there's a storm. I've gone down to the river to the space and found one ore down there and smashed it but that was before I knew I needed 2 stone ores for the husband bed. T^T
I'm actually on fall year three now. 8/ I love your art!! I'm like a fan of yours now!! 8DDD

I love Harvest Moon! And the second I save up enough money, I'm buying this game as well! I agree that for a while, it felt like the Harvest Moon games were very similar, but the last couple have been awesome!
