Description
This was inspired from two sources. One source was from my favorite manga, Angel Sanctuary, in volume six. A character called Mad Hatter appeared..and I fell in love with him. Clowns scare the shit out of me, but I just love this. The second source was from an RP idea that a friend and I talked about..and he has yet to put it up. I wanted to draw my own character, but she didn't come out how I wanted. So, I just did some more work on her.
