Anna and Elsa are in the early stages of the Victorian Era (same as Ariel) Whereas Ariel had a stereotypical Victorian dress (with a little southern bell influence), Anna has a more conservative dress indicative of the era. She is the only princess that has a high neck and I wanted to keep that. I used the darker green/blue colors from the outfits that she wears (not the one from Oaken's trading post as those were clothes of necessity, not her normal choice) and tried to keep the stripes from her coronation outfit. I love that dress, but I wanted it to fit in with her majority of clothing more as that fits her personality more. Also, as many Victorian hairdos were updos I gave her a similar but to the coronation ensemble (which is fairly accurate in and of itself) and yet gave her some dangling braids to keep the feel.
