The concept here was to represent the sunset she is facing, in the backgroung behind her... for those of you wondering about lighting sources.

Thanks for the comments! I seem to have a thing for sunsets... lol. It's all good. It's a good way to add a lot of color to a peice without going overboard... i mean, how can you?! It's a sunset!

Looks great Anna, I can see why you like working with this guy after visiting his page.
You used alot of nice textures in the background, and did a great job with the lighting... everytime I see something new from you I knew I made the right choice to team up with you on our book!

The background was actually one of the simplest things ever! I have to show you how! It only took about 10 brush strokes and 2 minutes!
And thanks on the lighting... I was kinda worried, but it turned out ok I think.
Of course i was the right choice!

I like the way that hair came out much better Anna Very nice. And I see you did more witht he lips to. I would have gone further with the shoulder still but it looks great anyway. Good job.
