Yeah. You see, it took me a while to like Hellsing at first due that, and i dare to say, i considered Alucard 'ugly' as a character, but after a while i began to love it dearly. Let's be honest.... they're not precisely beauty queens, they're Hirano style. Ugly till you get use to it and draw them your way.

I wouldn't say that they're ugly; I would merely say that they're drawn in a different style from most anime. Actually, they're more realistically drawn; the eyes are in the middle of the head instead of near the top and their foreheads aren't unnaturally huge.

Precisely... Hirano's syndrome. AND you forgot to mention that unlike others anime, the protagonist ain't a complete idiot.... like Sailor Moon, she may be the heroine, but her head is empty most of the time.

I don't think that you can compare Sailor Moon and Hellsing on the same basis because they were aimed at different audiences, but I know what you mean. Hellsing has those delicious moral questions worked into it and that's what makes it such a wonderful manga/anime/OVA. Personally, I thought that the anime was going well until Incognito; then, it went downhill. The baobhan sithe actually had a historical basis and fit in because Bram Stoker was Irish and inspired by those legends while writing Dracula; Incognito was just pulled out of nowhere. The best that you could say about him was his resemblance to Count Orlock and no one knows whether that was intentional on the part of the animators or not.

I was hooked on Hellsing because a friend recommended it to me and gave me a picture of Alucard. Needless to say, I still have that picture.

De verdad? Bueno es que adoro verlo volverse loco, y me inspiro con los videos y el manga que me baje. Pienso modificarlo y hacerlo una tarjeta como los de mas que ya he hecho, pero la pose se sobrepone mucho. Me alegro que te gustara. Despues hare otro con el matandose con Alucard.

Si, tambien la gente que me ve me lo pregunta. Es que en algunas cosas soy muy varonil (menos en lo cobarde). Pues, a mi me gustan mas los anime que matan-todo-lo-que-ven como YuYu Hakusho, Hellsing, DragonBalls Z y un poco Samurai X. Soy capitaleΓ±a y del distrito no salgo.
