Menaces to the Mushroom KingdomPart 6: The Shroobs
As if one alien force were not enough, enter the Shroobs. Intent to take over and replace the inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdome--mushroom person and koopa alike!--the Shroobs represented a threat that spanned time and space.
The alien mushroom menace is lead visibly by Princess Shroob the younger, who considers herself to be of the utmost beauty. Often unseen is the Elder Princess Shroob, whose strength and insanity make even the brain-washed Shroob subjects shiver in fear.
The Shroob Princess sisters attempt to overthrow Princess Peach and turn all its subjects into Shroob drones only failed because of the combined efforts of the Super Mario Brothers and....the Super Mario Brothers! The double-team of time-hopping heroes sent the Shroobs into a deep freeze. Whether they will return is a mystery, though they can't be frozen forever....
The Shroob aliens were the villains of the DS game Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time.

Of all your Menaces to the Mushroom Kingdom pages, I think I like this one the most. I love the pose of Princess Shroob and that "Maniacle" vibe one gets when drawing such a pose. It's like she's crazy evil and proud of it! Elder Princess Shroob (I assume it's the bulky one on the top) makes raise a supercilious brow; you've captured a kind freaky-ness that draws the eye. Kudos
It's also interesting because I haven't played many Mario games, so this piqued my interest a bit
