Ok this is timed with teh release of my blog. If you want to know the full story of Rokko, Ginger and Crikkit (and some people have been asking) here it is.> [link]Please read it because it took me forever to write (and it might take you forever to read) sorry for the real long length of it.
This picture is a mix of my art and photomanipulation of four other pictures. I don't intend to use that picture of thier house for all other pictures of their house but when I saw it on-line it was very old looking, was mixed with spanish and wood structures giving it a very California style, and it was surrounded by modern and nicer looking applyances, which totally felt what thier house would look like in real times. This is surly a good referance to what type of house I would've drawn for them. If you'd like to see the orignal pictures to see the photomanipulation process please tell me. I can't give credit back but I tried to edit the locations enough so that you couldn't regonize the original pictures.
Also I think I will open this for print, if you want more options then I've given you, please ask and I will make it so.

I just read the sorry story of Rokko and Ginger, and noted parallels bet Rokko's and Slacko's behaivor in "Family" (by Pinbeak a.k.a. MiddleWarnerSibling in fan-fiction.com or whatever). Family was discontinued after 36-37 chapters, but the story moves slowly to Yakko becoming 18 when, according to the slavus agreement Warner drew up with him and his, he may apply for (1) custody of his siblings, and (2) clearing his criminal record of the petty thefts he and his committed while under the control of Slacko,his father. This was all in the 80's -the Watertower years were all studio hype.
Doubtless Pinbeak would have written additional story-arcs to bridge that period, but as Rannva put it, a terminal condition that ends in death -getting a life !- took over Pinbeak. Pity.

Think I've kinda read into that once before...been a while but I've seen the story and fanart around. I try to keep Rokko's life away from the Warners because their funny and wonderful with the influence from their parents. Rokko is cool with that cause he trusts Yakko...plus Scratchensniff has become a parent for them, like a grandfather.

Makes one wonder about the mixed ancestry of the Warners. No two fanfics agree, but "Family" hints that they are related to Black Pete.
