Honestly when it comes to mlp, i havent watched in a couple of years (aside from some episodes my little sister has watched, but i havent seen a full episode of anything newer)
but i would be lying if i said i wasnt excited for this movie :'D Like when i first heard of it i was really skeptical (especially with the company that was producing it) but then i saw the trailer and i was like
holy shit
the thing that grabbed my attention the most was the PIRATES
Because PIRATES
some other things ive noticed about the trailer was how it seemed darker than the series, like it used more muted colors and it seemed more serious. I honestly love that they did that, though i might be biased because darker and more desaturated colors are my aesthetic
