no?!?, almost everyone can draw yust grab your pencel and draw
maybe it's not so good but don't worry about it
I learnd it by practice and Idon't know anyone who don't

If you want to start drawing first find your own good pencil grip(boring but rewarding)
you must draw things with a steady grip
start with simple shapes and only the border

Try to start with little drawings of easy pokémon like diglett and magmenite
do not forget to sketch!!!

sadly i don't know how to scan them wireless(ly) and i have got an old printer but i need to register it and doesn't produce good qualities of copies or scans D:
AND I DONT HAVE TABLET! i try drawing with the mouse but i mess up D:
