I was working on something else (which is in my gallery right now, but it looks a bit like crap, so... you can avoid it if you wish. XD) and I'd already promised myself to draw Georg next (I found the most gorgeous ref for him everrrrrrr). But someday, I'll get to it.

how to manage the shades on his face?? how big the paper?

I dunno, I just do it. But I do use tissues to make the shading look softer. It's an A3.

I love how you do the shadows. They make the cheeks look so close to the original cheeks 
But may I give you some suggestions?
I think his upper lip is a little bigger. And his arm is a little lost in the picture after the shoulder, maybe you should try putting it a little lower?
That's just two things, though.
