Lord Ramuh is a Sky Elf and is one of, if not the wealthiest elves in the world, with his own city, a maid and several companies. Ramuh is a businessman and a hedonist, having come across immense wealth by sheer luck and uses his fortune for literally anything he desires.
Ramuh was born into middle class during the war of the different races of elves. His family consisted of his mother Caidi and father Virhorn, while they all lived in a house on the floating isles. His upbringing was very ordinary, with his family living in contentment high above the conflict. As he became a teenager however, the war had managed to reach their town and during the siege, Ramuh was separated from his parents ending up in the country below. From there, he met several people and stole the deed to the biggest vein of the planet’s Mana before claiming it as his own. Word got out and he allowed several companies to harvest it for a hefty sum of money, making him a billionaire overnight. He used the money to eventually return home, only to find out he was the sole inheritor of the town’s entire fortune, which he used to buy, renovate and modernise the isles as his own city in the sky. He then used the remaining amount to invest in several start up companies, then sold and advertised their products or services in his newly-expanded city while buying their stocks. At some point he attended an extravagant party, where he met Count Odyn , Baroness Sylph , Shaykhah Sheiva and Yfreet Khan for the first time. Nowadays the Lord has become a cultural symbol of absurd wealth, from personally funding projects associated with corporations, governments and crime syndicates, to discovering his latest project's market success has not increased his net income because he has a monopoly on the competing product, all without leaving a paper trail or an electronic footprint.

Lord Ramuh is an  Elf  (also known as an alfar, alp, ellefolk, etc.). Elves are humanoid beings who are either fairies, close relatives of the fairies, or humanoids with exceptional lifespans and magical inclination, depending on the lore. In general, elves resemble slender, beautiful, youthful/ageless, graceful humans. Some versions of elves are close to human size, others are diminutive, and still others are taller than humans. Though some human-sized elves could pass as  particularly attractive humans, most have one or more distinctly elven trait. Pointed ears are the most common, but some elves have large eyes, skin/hair/eyes of an unusual color, and/or (rarely in modern fiction, but not uncommonly in folklore)  hollowed-out backs.
As mentioned, elves can be divided into two broad groups: modern and mythic. Modern elves are mortal or near-mortal , with abilities closer to those of humans. Mythic elves are objectively more powerful, with some bearing power rivaling that of lesser divinities. Regardless of which group they belong to, all elves share certain traits, including grace, some magical ability, and skill in both close combat (especially with swords) and marksmanship (with bows). Of all faerie races, elves are most likely to form their own communities, nations and states of varying sizes. While modern elves have their own kingdoms and lands in the physical world, mythic elves tend to live on a separate plane of existence (Alfheim, Elfland, Fairyland, etc.).

  • Sky Elves - A race of elves that reside in the high heavens. These type of elves live in communities literally stationed in the sky. Because of their destination, their communities are hard to invade, and the elves have the power to protect it since they have learned to control the elements and creatures of their environment.

Aerial Adaptation: User is able to survive and adapt to extremely high or low air pressure (not becoming disoriented or deprived of the normal breathing capacity), and high wind friction; this is accompanied by an innate immunity to vertigo and/or fear of heights.
Blue Blood: Being among the most esteemed archetypes, Blue Bloods are defined as upper-class characters, with a significant level of power over others. However, they are not Monarchs (Kings, Queens, Emperors, Empresses, etc) being the royal subjects or cohorts of these characters. Most Blue Bloods have either inherited their nobility and status, achieved it through promotion and achievement, or knighthood. These characters often play more active roles, than their regal superiors, many with great purpose, dignity and elegance that comes with their title.
At their most villainous, Blue Bloods hunger for power, subjection, and conquest. Often going to extreme lengths, to claim the title of their supreme hierarchy. However lighter examples, show them as more benevolent and even polite/poise individuals, unspoiled and mannerly, contrasting their benefits to aid those beneath them. A Blue Blood isn't specifically good nor evil, depending on the moral of the character. Since they're either haughty, snobbish villains or well-mannered, admirable heroes.

Companion Allegiance: The users of this power are able to form a sacred and powerful union between the user and companion, and they can fight with a harmonized flow of energy. The user can also just rely on their companion to fight, or they can transfer their own energies to their companion to give them energy boosts. In some cases, if the user is in danger, there can be a fusion between user and companion to achieve a more powerful form.

Enhanced Condition: User's physical and mental abilities are above the  peak human levels of other beings in their universe. This entails that they are faster, stronger, more intelligent and overall superior to beings at peak human level (in that verse), but not to  supernatural levels.

Exotic Weapon Proficiency: The user is efficient with weapons that have supernatural properties such as  magic,  demonic or  divine, and even esoteric/mystical levels. Since the user is proficient with these kinds of weapons, they know how to control, use, and have knowledge on them, since things that are supernatural could be difficult to handle.

Fat Prime: The user is at the peak of physical performance despite being overweight. Capable of running, jumping and displaying feats of physical strength far above then what their weight would suggest. In some cases, users possess athletic skills above most human beings in general, as well as ones of their body type.

Fighting Instinct: User possesses an innate aptitude for fighting in any combat by overcoming limitations and adapt techniques or methods to ensure victory. They adapt perfectly to all factors, achieving maximum efficiency in an offense, defense, evasion, and countering, ensuring optimal success as long as there is the slightest chance. This enables a user to resist fear and pain, maximize and surpass physical boundaries, utilize all of their skills in the most efficient manner, and continuously fight while unconscious. The user's instinct for battle allows them to pick out strongest opponent, letting them know who exactly they need to fight.
Flowmotion: The user can fluidly move around on both land and air. This allows them to perform feats such as kicking off almost any surface, air dash, swinging around lampposts, grinding along rails, and battling enemies with speed and style. The user is basically using the environment to their advantage.
The user is can also implement the movement into their fighting style, allowing them to fluidly connect their physical attacks with coordinated follow-ups.

Longevity: The user possesses an extended lifespan, allowing them to live longer than a normal human; this can be the result of one's power set or their species. Users are often called "Longevals", which means long-lived. Some users are capable of living for centuries or  hundreds of years. Other users are capable of living for aeons or  thousands of years. Though it’s quite rare for most to be capable of living for millions of years.
Mystical Martial Arts: The user can utilize supernatural combat in multiple forms of martial arts. Many of those who train in martial arts gain superhuman capabilities by learning to harness multiple supernatural abilities.
Some techniques are often either a form of excellence or perfection of an existing martial art and sometimes users of the original tend to change or innovate the martial art to make it their own.

Variations

  • Traditional Martial Arts: More known than Mystical Martial Arts are. Allows users to perform styles of combat to a  superhuman level.
    • Jujutsu Mastery: A combat style used to manipulate the opponent's force against them.
    • Sumo Wrestling Mastery : Fight using heavy strikes, pushing and one’s body weight.

Natural Weaponry: The user possesses some form of natural weaponry, including  claws,  fangs,  horns,  beaks, clubbed tails, etc., and knows how to use them.

Nature Communication: The user can communicate with nature either  telepathically, by speaking verbally, or by touching it physically. This can manifest literally, allowing one with this ability to become instantly familiar with their surroundings, talk to plants and tell them to grow, or discern events based on the movements of plants, animals, rocks and trees.
This may allow the user to manipulate nature  to a degree, such as talking to the sky to calm storms or invoking weather phenomena with their emotions (such as lightning if angry).

Personal Champion: The user, whether a specialized mortal being, deity, demon, spiritual entity or cosmic force, possesses their own champion or group of champions. The advocate(s) are chosen to serve a particular purpose or follow the patron’s commands and/or wishes. They are often able to bestow specialized powers and materials on their champions, transforming them into superpowered beings. Through this relationship, the user is able to accomplish missions or simply effect changes without having to physically engage in certain affairs.

Supernatural Beauty: The user is supernaturally beautiful and can use it to affect others. This power is divided into two separate but interlocking aspects:
The user is always, and under any circumstances, physically, personally and socially perfect, graceful and flawless, without anything that would make them look unattractive or distract from their presence. They are perfectly aware how to increase their appeal by apparel, action or choice of words, but even these are simply details to enhance their natural appeal. For example, someone with this ability rising straight from the bed after a hard night's partying and wearing the rattiest possible clothes would make even the best supermodel primped to perfection look homely in comparison.
Secondly, the user is able to affect other people, both by affecting their minds, emitting pheromones and generally being a perfect companion and/or object of admiration. At the lower level, the user could make a complete stranger treat them like their closest friend in only a few minutes and be perfectly willing to help them in any way they need. Someone with more power could make anyone treat them like someone who is privileged to do and get anything they wish and be admired and even loved for it. At the higher level user could make people fulfill their smallest suggestion, although not against their deepest principles. At the most powerful, they could simply eradicate free will, making everyone slavishly devoted to the user and willing to do anything to please them.
Supernatural Charisma: Users possess immense charisma  that transcends mortal limitations, allowing them to sway virtually anyone as well as entire communities to their cause and service with barely any effort, captivated by their almost irresistible personal gravity and an overriding desire to be part of their world and contribute to its fulfilment. The power applies equally to virtually any sentient species, including supernatural ones, and may even inspire loyalty in entities that are normally incapable  of it. While the power cannot directly override others' will and values, their persuasive abilities are so powerful they may convince them of anything remotely believable.
