Number of little things here that I like. First the food Finnagan is eating. As he says here they're special medicinal meal bars. Cochise has been mentioned once before earlier in a flash back with Gwen. Finnagan refers to him as a medicine man. Gwen requested Cochise to make these bars for this sort of emergency. Each meal bar is something like eating 3000 calories in one go as well as healing properties similar to Undertale monster food. They're very potent so they're actually harmful if anyone but Finnagan eats them. I don't make it clear but he is eating multiple bars in this scene. To make sure Finnagan doesn't just eat these willy nilly Cochise purposefully made them taste bad. Ensuring Finnagan will only eat them when he absolutely has to. Like right now.

I rather enjoy how Finnagan has gone from cornered to having a freaking picnic in the middle of a stand off. Undyne of course is taking this all the wrong way and getting even more pissed off at him. This is the sort of situation Undyne has been worried would happen since Papyrus first brought up concern about hurting the human.
