So how did anocari get him over April? i wanna know!! <3 <3 <3 Your artwork is amazing, by the way. I'm still learning how to draw the turtles, Splinter, April, and Casey, Karai-just everyone. And including my character too; I have her pictured in my head for what she would actually look like in the show. Drawings are so cute, reminds me that Raph and Leo aren't the only ones being fangirled over.Β

Well when I created Anocari I was in like.. 7th grade? Well I'm 20 now and when I created her the 2012 show wasn't a thing yet. A lot of my plots are based off of the 2003 series and characters, so Donny never fell in love with April since she was with Casey. BUT I do have an AU with her in the 2012 series as well. In that one she has a lot of hidden feelings for Donny and won't let him in long enough for him to realize that. Donny still has a slight crush on April, but understands that she will never love him, so he focuses more on Anocari and helping her learn. That's pretty much how he falls for her is through teaching her and seeing how much she wants to change from her past (Her father controlled her for her entire childhood and bred her into an assassin) So yeah his mind wanders from April, who has literally just hurt him too many times to count, and goes to Anocari because he sees how pure she can be even though she doesnt believe it and constantly guards herself. But hey, it's better than following a girl you know will never ever love you like you want her to because you're just too different and she wants something else. *deep breath* so yeah lots of drama in that one there.

Would you mind if I was thinking about pairing my character with Donnie as well? Raph has Mona since that's canon, and honestly, Makoto is a closet nerd...it's adorable!Β
