I got inspiration for this when I was looking at my sister's Naruto cards! The card "busy life" seemed to fit the life of the Black Order's science department so perfectly. I could have just as easily drawn Reever, but I like Bak more.The characters depicted are part of the show Dgrayman, which is owned by Katsura Hoshino.

Bak!!! NEVER GIVE UP! (Even thought the Allen x Lenalee fans are all against you, and the Kanda X Lenalee fans, and the Lavi x Lenalee fans, and a whole bunch of parings that people are fans of that lenalee is included in that give me the shivers...)

Lenalee has been paired up with basically everyone except for Bak, hasn't she? I don't know which pairings have given you the shivers, but I have a couple of guesses. Though I hope Bak never gives up,I feel like fate (a.k.a. Hoshino) is against Bak. It must have been a horrible day for him when his grandfather died right after he saw Kanda practically hit on Lenalee (while the KandaxLenalee fans rejoiced).

If Bak has a diary (since he is portrayed as a narcissist, I would think he does), he probably labeled that day as "Worst Day in my Life". I'm pretty sure I would've.

Oh my gosh! Bak, you are such a horrible person! How dare you put Lenalee before your grandfather's death!
I say that, but I think it would be hilarious if the manga showed him react like that. It looks like he does put family first, though, (or he was too exhausted after crying his eyes out for his grandpa) because he was not mad at Kanda the way Komui was when Kanda hit on Lenalee. It would still be funny though if that is how he prioritizes his life.

I guess it is normal though for teenagers to prioritize their lives like that though. Bak is not a teenager, but he looks and acts like one, so I find it believable.

He does! I thought his character was around twenty, not thirty! But my first impressions of characters always seem to be wrong anyway. I thought Fou was a villian when I saw her in opening 3 because she had bladed arms and she could pass through walls (which is kind of scary)! And I thought that the two different pictures of Tyki in opening 1 were two separate villians (My twin and I dubbed the first Tyki, "the psycho who would die early on in the story type villian", and the second tyki, "the sexy villian who has a charming personality and would live until the very end of the story". At least we were half-right!

I guess. My sister's favorite character is Tyki though, so she is ashamed that she thought that the two Tykis were different people. All I have to live with is that I thought my favorite character was younger than he was, which is not nearly as bad!
