When I look at this picture, I think of exam week back in May I think I was channeling my stress over my chemistry exam into the rough sketch I had made. Touko made a good substitute for my inner rage (as you can see), and I guess Nobori makes a good substitute for exams (they are so impersonal and serious)! I did a daycare theme because pokemon breeding is as tedious as studying (maybe more!). I imagine Touko thinking something like this: "Curse Nobori and his Battle Subway! He doesn't even break a sweat when he beats me! Here I am slaving my butt off for a bagon with perfect IVs and I bet he's just doing some stupid paperwork!" Speaking of bagon, the ones on the papers are pasted images of a bagon sprite from one of the games (I think it was emerald?) The procedure was painful...
P.S. I had a Kudari/Touya picture in mind too, but I probably won't draw it until the next time I feel abnormally stressed out.
