Blue is the twin brother protagonist of light from another kingdom of Toppet. Him and Pink are both young teens as they reside in the suburban homes. As of now, they are recognized as heroic youth legends. But one day in a destiny of fate, they are teleported to the world of Zootopia. Him and Pink both meet Anthony Hanssens and he introduces them to a community of all sorts of anthro mammal animals, something that they never seen before. But little did they know that both Blue and Pink became anthro tigers themselves! The others are fascinated in wanting to know foreign visitors and their culture, as Blue and Pink do their best to fit in and learn the culture of the city and thrive on how different it is from their home kingdom. They may have become who they are as seen in this picture, but one thing for sure is that, they can still use their items throughout their journey! As Blue and Pink meet new friends in the Zootopia world, they must also be aware of new enemies that might come after them. With the assistance of Anthony as well as Judy and Nick, the five of them will work together to bring justice.
