This is my finished entry for the contest hosted byHere we see Gwen (squirrel) dragging her little sister Kimberly (cow) to a Misfits Convention where they've come upon a host of oddball characters who tend to stick out from common society. Among them are Vector, a gentlemanly "scare-lantern"; ClockWork, a pegasus pony with a talent for fixing watches (who apparently flew right through the wall); Oliver, a man with a large olive for a head (Let that sink in); N0!SY8OY (NoisyBoy), a hyperactive robot; and Quinn Sullivan, a trapped soul with a quite dark and dreary past. Hopefully they can learn to not fit in together.

It was for a contest. All of the other characters in attendance belong to the contest holder.

GWEN: You know, Vincent, many of the characters in attendance were simply misunderstood. True, their appearances may have been out of the ordinary (to put it lightly), but for the most part they turned out to be very nice. 
KIMBERLY: It's true! I'll admit I was nervous when first going in, but I ended up having a fantastic time. 
GWEN: It really was a superb experience for the both of us. Carly went with us, too, but she was off doing her own thing for part of it.
KIMBERLY: Of course, that one dirty, ghost looking guy was creepy. Β What was up with that aura around him?
GWEN: Hard to say. Possibly dark spirit energy. Whatever the case, I think it was a good idea to avoid him.

Don't look at me. Gwen was doing all of the talking.
GWEN: Yeah, it's pretty hard to mistake me for Jay, especially since he's not, you know, a squirrel!
KIMBERLY: Ha! Yeah, it was a blast. ^_^
GWEN: I'm not sure what Carly's up to right now. Probably doing some last minute shopping for school.
KIMBERLY: We got our shopping done early.
What's that? Oh, the spirit guy. Man, just looking at his face sent a shiver running down my spine and out to the tip of my tail. O_O
GWEN: Mhm. I sensed some definite negative vibes there as well. Best not to dwell on it though.

Scarecrows make me think of Autumn and Halloween which are my all times favorite Holiday and season.

Yeah, I thought he was really cool looking, as well. That's why I decided to use him.
Technically, he's a scare-lantern. For the record, Vector doesn't belong to me. He belongs to the contest holder. The only characters here who belong to me are Gwen (the squirrel) and Kimberly (the cow).

Actually, her special talent is making and fixing watches. I just thought it would be funny to have her crash through the wall. That and I didn't have time to draw her whole body.
