This is good. If you are trying to achieve more soft and smoother shading, I would suggest using a tissue or Q-Tips to blend.

Wow i love your shading technique used in the picture here, especially on the stripes, instead of leaving them the white of the paper you lightly shaded it to give it a kind of clothing texture. AWESOME!!!
