text too small, i cant see the header menus and fake scrip areas stink ie; chat box that'd take the end user a year to code to work as you made it :/
as a positive note i do like your use of colors and icons

code and scripts - i see no hard jobs for a skilled coder, as there are many more complex interaction boxes in web 2.0 but if u mean there are not enough space for chat log or what i say customize the width or size as u prefer ..
since u r a web developer, u know how to work with PSD templates ...

IMO the text is too small and makes it look cluttered, but other than that it's nice.

thanx, i used 10 px Verdana, this is one of the very few of the fonts which is easily readable at 10 px at non-antialias ( like in browsers and code environments ) and often use it ..

Great colors and effects, but there is no natural focus. Your eye goes everywhere. Needs some "weight" work.

o . thanks for sharing ur idea .. although i think a template should not focus on particular color or element .. this way designers will use it more and better for different purposes and client .. and customize it the way they prefer .. i just wanted to make this template more capable of customization ..
