You get a real sense of motion in this piece. I can believe that a battle is raging around - catching glimpses of the grotesque before it flashed past.

this is NOT a speed paint its really good anyway. (the spidermech is a real life robot/mech too!) i like how you had the perfect angle too look draw it at with also the blur effects of a moving camera giving you the sense if this was a real picture this would be took by a moving solider. Keep up the awesome work!

The sense of motion in this piece is what makes it so astounding. I feel like I'm moving (or the painting is moving) whenever I look at it. I wouldn't even know where to start when it comes to making a stationary image look like it's vibrating or moving at immense speeds. Wow.

excellent man. out of curiousity, did you brush the blur in as you went or post-edit it to get that effect?

I never thought that you could make such great graphics in a picture using only a blotchy style.
I must find out your secret. For this is epic.

Certainly conveys the chaos and bewilderment of battle! A clearer point to focus on would be nice, but in a battle, you can't focus on anything, you're just trying to stay alive.

I love the sense of movement into the battle. the bright fading colors give it a sense of foreboding, as if the inevitable is upon them. another interesting note is that apparently earth fails because the army has nothing larger than a tank for this battle. what a pity.

nice atmosphere, but I would use a bit less motion blur, some of it to give a sense of motion is good, but this one is just a bit too blurry, makes it hard to find a focal point...
