Of course she appears flat, it's your character design. I don't remember Angie ever having any sign of mammeries.
...*cough*
Anyways, the character design's nice, and I especially like how the wrench is made here. It LOOKS lazily made, but... well... maybe it was, but it has a flair to it that fits Angie well.
However, you should have created more of a detectable fore/background in this picture since Angie seems like she's stepping on something that could be easily replaced by a card board cut out. In other words, more work with perspective. Other then that everything's great.
