I've really been nerding out about Renaissance stuff lately--so, i wanted to draw the Italy brothers in Renaissance outfits and whatnot.i know technically they were kids during the time period but i wanted to draw them with cool outfits so sue me

YES. I love their clothes~ The Italian Renaissance was awesome. 
I just wish it wasn't so cute and fluffy in Hetalia, y'know? I want some feuding families and corrupt papacy and Machiavelli, instead of, 'oh look, Italy painted a picture.' *so this is why I like the fandom more than the original, lol*

this turned out AWESOME! i love their silly feather hats and poofy clothes.
and psh who gives a crap if they were supposed to be kids at the time. it doesn't even make sense that they're kids at that time... since theres a LOT of history in italy before the renaissance. but whatever hetalia doesn't make a lot of sense
