 Description

Basque Country, the hidden nation from Pyrenees, forgotten by time and divided by   the border of France and Spain.

The basque language or euskara is a language spoken in the Basque-Country, a region that straddles the westernmost Pyrenees, in adjacent parts of northern Spain, and southwestern France.

Linguistically, Basque is unrelated to the other languages of Europe and is a language isolate to any other known living language. The Basques are indigenous to, and primarily inhabit, the Basque Country. The Basque country have most of his land in Spain.

Native Origin's

According to Stephen Oppenheimer, from c. 16,000 BC, the warmer climate allowed the expansion of proto-Basque groups, or proto-Europeans, across the north of Africa and the entire continent of Europe, expanding the Magdalenian culture across Europe.

In 2008, the Finnish linguist Kalevi Wiik proposed that the current Basque language is the remainder of a group of "Basque languages" that were spoken in the Paleolithic throughout western Europe and that retreated with the progress of the Indo-European languages. Wiik states that his theory coincides with the homogeneous distribution of the Haplogroup R1b in Atlantic Europe.

Under Restorationist and Francoist Spain (fascist dictatorship time since 1936 to 1974) , public use of Basque was frowned upon, often regarded as a sign of separatism; this applied especially to those regions that did not support Franco's uprising (such as Biscay or Gipuzkoa).

After the protests and violent acts against Franco's Regime, the sequester of a German consoler, and the establishment of bases in Bayone(French part) this organization was acknowledge as a brutal savage movement and considered later by France United Kingdom, US and the EU as a terrorist organization, they declared their dissolution in 2th May 2018, regarding the fact they have done the same two or tree times back in the history.
