for some reason it feels as if this is in the Netherlands ... if so I grab the nearest car I can grab and race towards there.

Yep, the Pinkie bounce is reflected nicely here.
The most powerful suit of this picture is, for lack of a better word, perspective. Maybe it is indeed perspective, not wrongly worded on my part. But the way the landscape goes makes it feel quite plausible, even realistic. The angle at which it seems to go up only feels a slight bit off in the immediate foreground, but starting with the roadside, it feels like I'm looking at a stylized photo. In part, it is helped by the lighting: you managed to reflect early-day (or perhaps unusually bright late-day) sunlight quite well here, on the grass and in the shadows alike. It's a rather lovely sky, too. Good shading all around, all things considered.
The one downside of the style is that it is not very clearly defined, sketchy. But it will pass in time if you so choose. It does get the point across well, and it is clearly on its way to greater heights.
Well done!

Yeah, I figured as much about the sketchiness. It might be the fact that Pinkie is free of those lines that rubbed me the wrong way here. Impression clash. But eh, it works anyway.
And I understand what you mean. I hope you'll have fun at them cons.
