LOL! Though it is sort of different. Ed and Al fought over who would marry Winry when they were little kids (Al won, but she dumped them both! LOL!) but I don't think Al ever really had any really romantic feelings for her and thought of her as a sister figure (Plus, he has May Chan! 
I agree that we don't get into Yukio's head and heart often enough, though I do think he always liked Shiemi and can see that she and Rin are liking each other so he doesn't reallyΒ say or do anything.

You know it's funny, I never expected people to pay any attention to this silly doodle.
I'm very glad you got a laugh out of it. 
Don't be too troubled by the logic behind it though, because believe me there is very little to be found. I just made this for fun. I highly doubt the romantic tensions (what little there is) in Blue Exorcist will escalate to the levels shown here. Currently, Rin and Yukio are attending to something a little more urgent haha.

*cracks up!* The brothers' sour and snarling expressions are wonderful, but those coupled with: "THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!" completely did me in. And, the comparison is spot-on! There just aren't enough blonde crushes to go around in these series

Yeah I admit it's a little unclear what exactly Yukio feels. I think Yukio is struggling between his love for his brother and his admiration for Shiemi. He likely knows that it won't work out but that doesn't stop him from still having feelings for her you know. At least that's my interpretation and of course this picture was just for my own personal giggles XD. I apologize if it seems ooc.
