Description
A redo of a trade I did with someone very long ago. This would have been their Christmas present, if they still existed in the world...Even though you're no longer around to hear it.. I'll say it anyways... Merry Christmas, my beloved bestfriend....
It's not done, but I can't seem to get any further with it. I really pushed myself with this one, tried to do a full-body picture for once, and tried to improve my fur drawing techniques and whatnot. I hit a roadblock though. Maybe I'll finish it one day.. either way, I'm pretty proud of this picture as it is. It's based on a striped hyena; thus the sort-of longarms/thin legs, tried to play with the anatomy a bit to make something more unique instead of a cookcie-cutter wolf-ish formula I usually use. And then, of course, ornamental impossible scythe because fuck the police is why.

Ahh. I don't think my Gnoll-guy nessecarily fits in with that theme.. sure, he's in a loin-cloth... but... it's not the main focus of the artwork

lol I tend to think hogger when I think gnoll he is dangerous but only at low levels since I can now easily kick him to death

Oh god. I love this! In Dungeons and Dragons, I always pick to play as a gnoll ( a hyena-like humanoid) and NOBODY could understand WHY on earth I'd ever want to play as one. This is why! This is how I always picture them. You've done such an awesome job with this!! I'm sorry about the sad situation that seems to surround this, but I love it an appreciate this amazing work.
