I'm writing an entire children's series regarding psychology. So you're going off on the good old psychoanalytic freudian approach to defense mechanisms, and are most likely going to embed hidden themes based on your own experiences in life.

hmm.... well, Monster is really more of an reaction comic over an observation I've made of a mother-daughter relationship i've seen escalate over my life time. I'm more trying to get across the origins of this particular set of coping mechanisms. The comic isn't overtly clinical, so I'm guessing haha, that it wont come off as an analysis XD
