I can see both sides of this. Nico is right that Thea always acts like she's the only one who can get things right, and that's not be helpful. But Thea is right about Nico always expecting others to fix his problems, but I can also see how that behavior might be Thea's fault at the same time. She does have a right to say no though, and that's not being mean.
*waggles eyebrow* Bayani can be a good friend. XD If Nico needs one. She does love adventures!

I’m glad you think so! I know I never really established it previously that Thea always seemed do everything for Nico when they were together, so I tried to show his utterly reckless side without her and Thea very bossy side without him in the summer event. I wish so badly I could’ve finished this sooner, so it would’ve given me more time to flush out how each felt afterwards, but life happened, so i’ll have to make do with what I got!
I’ll actually be looking for interactions and friends, rivals, etc for all my characters in a later deviation, so Bayani is perfect for being a friend to Nico! Right now I gotta finish a post-comic story of the aftermath of everything with Nico, and then as he ventured out of his room a bit to participate in the advent calendar prompts, can he begin making friends again, slowly but surely of course.

No problem! ^^ It's great seeing what you draw and how your story progresses. And from what I remember, Nico was very reckless during the summer event and Thea was just doing everything her way without asking her team members first?
Either way, I think it worked out for what you were trying to show. XD And it's fine, Life happens. A lot has happened with and to my characters, but I haven't explained or shown any of it. DX I should, but I'm not sure where to start. lol Some day. I'm just moving forward for now.
And I'll be looking forward to Bayani seeing Nico finally. I don't think I ever drew them??? o.0 Oh well. XD

Nico broke his potion in his own doing, because what do you expect when you insist you carry everything in your arms when by description you are called a "reckless ball of energy"? If the potion was so important to him, why didn't he take a little more care in carrying it? Im sorry Nico, cute as you may be, but you have no right to get mad simply because Thea refused to give up her potion for you. That aint her "being a meanie", thats you being a mooch.

I'll have to side with Thea. In a way she was just looking out for Nico as harsh as she was. It was a little unfair of Nico to beg her out of her hard earned rewards because he wasn't paying attention. Not to mention she offered help so it wasn't like she wasn't willing to. Nico is understandably upset though I get why he reacted the way he did. But sometimes someone needs to be harsh with you in order to help you.
